Refund Policy

The Venue Selection & Intent Token paid for shortlisting and blocking potential venues is Fully Refundable.

Refund is applicable only if all of the following conditions are met:

• No venue contract has been signed and no booking amount has been paid to the venue.
• No venue or associated vendor booking has been confirmed with the assistance of VOW.
• No third-party financial commitment has been initiated or made through VOW on the Client's behalf.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment or client approved payment method/mode.

Once any venue, vendor, or planning agreement is executed (whether physically or digitally), or written confirmation to proceed with bookings is received from the Client (including via email or electronic communication), all payments shall become Non-Refundable.

Payments become Non-Refundable. This includes:

• Planning and coordination fees
• Vendor advance payments
• Venue booking amounts
• Design, décor, logistics, and production costs
• Any third-party booking or service charges

This is because operational commitments, vendor blocking, and date reservations are initiated immediately upon confirmation.

Some services involve third-party vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, artists, etc.).

Refunds, if any, will depend on the respective vendor's cancellation policy. While VOW will assist in coordination, we cannot guarantee vendor refunds.

In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as government restrictions or force majeure events), refunds or rescheduling options will be handled based on:

• Vendor policies
• Recoverable amounts
• Actual expenses already incurred

In the event of any dispute or interpretation related to refunds, cancellations, or payments, the decision of VOW Management shall be taken in good faith and based on the applicable agreement terms.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
